Do you ship internationally?

I do! There's only few countries I don't currently ship to. Situations can always change and in those rare instances I will refund you your order!

I think my package might be lost

If it has already been more than 4-6 weeks since you received a shipping confirmation email on your order sent to you via untracked letter mail, there is a chance that your package might be lost. In that case, email me at Info@keaelisa.com and I'll try my best to solve the situation. 

Please keep in mind that shipping times vary from a week to multiple weeks and during holidays and other busy times your order can take even more than four weeks to arrive, especially to countries outside of Europe.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unfortunately I don't accept returns or exchanges. I hope you only purchase items you really want to get and the environment will also thank you for not having to ship items back and forth <3

However if there was an issue with your order, you aren't happy with the products, you received faulty or wrong items or something was missing, please reach out to me at info@keaelisa.com or use the 'Contact' page to fill a form and I'll happily do everything to fix the issue!

Original artwork tips

My original art pieces don't have any sealant or finish added on top, which means that they have to be handled with care. To preserve the beauty of your acrylic artwork, avoid direct sunlight exposure, clean gently with a soft, damp cloth, and store it in a dust-free environment. Handle with care to prevent scratches, and consider framing it with UV-protective glass for added longevity.

Do you take commissions?

I'm not actively seeking for commissions right now, but if you have a great idea and you think it fits my art style and it's something I'd like to do, you can send me your ideas via email at info@keaelisa.com or write me a DM on Instagram at @keaelisastudio.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please notify me within 24 hours of making your purchase to ensure we can redirect your shipment. Once your order has left my studio, I cannot modify the address.
