Please note that all shipping times are only estimates for the time it takes for the order to reach your country.
The product is made especially for YOU :) as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Please also note that possible custom delays are not a part of the average shipping times. Buyers are responsible for any possible import taxes or customs that may apply.
During holidays and other busy times of the year, it might take extra days to receive your package.
If your package hasn't still arrived in 4-6 weeks after getting the shipping confirmation email, message me at info@keaelisa.com and I'll try to resolve the issue!

I would HIGHLY recommend choosing a tracked shipping especially for all original artwork orders to ensure a safe and fast shipping.

Returns
Unfortunately I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after the order has been sent. However if you received a faulty item, something was missing, you got the wrong order or there were other issues in the order or products, please email me at info@keaelisa.com and I'll try my hardest to solve the issue for you! :)
